This 2005 Willerby Westmorland 35ft long x 12ft extra wide holiday home is ideally situated on Beech Grove and sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms (one double and two twin). Plinth heating is provided in all bedrooms.

It has a spacious lounge & dining area with ample seating featuring newly refurbished upholstery and carpet. The lounge contains TV, DVD, Freeview & mini CD player and a gas fire.

The modern fully fitted kitchen is complete with a gas oven & hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, toaster, kettle. All cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, vacuum cleaner and an iron & ironing board are also provided.

For your safety a fire extinguisher & smoke alarm are fitted as standard.

This caravan is also fitted with a walk in shower room and separate toilet.

Beech Grove is situated a short walk from the Theme Park & Zoo, American Bar and swimming pool.

Outside is a large balcony complete with patio furniture.

Unlimited access wristbands must be purchased from Flamingoland along with a surcharge for use of amenities on site. The price of these passes are not included in the price of the caravan hire but have been taken into consideration when calculating the hire cost to give you maximum savings.

Duvets and pillows are provided but guests must provide their own duvet covers, sheets, pillow slips and towels.

Gas and electricity prices are included in the price.        Book early to avoid disappointment.
