This luxury 2005 Willerby Westmorland 35ft long x 12ft EXTRA wide caravan is used by the owners for some of the time and is ideally situated on Beech Grove.
Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms (one double & two twin) where one of the single beds can be folded down to make room for a travel cot if necessary (provided).
The spacious lounge is equipped with a 21" TV, DVD player, Freeview, mini CD Hi-fi and gas fire.

For additional comfort the bedrooms have plinth heaters and there is a heated towel rail in the shower room.
The modern fully fitted kitchen comprises of a full size oven with a hob with electronic ignition, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, George Foreman mini grill, sandwich toaster, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and all cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and cooking utensils.
There is a full size walk in shower and a separate toilet.
A fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and fire blanket are provided for your safety.
Duvets, pillows and bed linen are all provided.  Please provide your own towels and tea towels.
Parking is on a gravel drive at the side of the caravan.

The caravan is equipped to a high standard and has the added advantage of a large 29ft x 9ft decked veranda with furniture for those warm days & evenings & a lockable gate to keep the little ones in.
Only a short walk away from the Theme Park & Zoo, takeaways, American Bar & swimming pool.

Unlimited access wristbands must be purchased separately, on arrival at Flamingoland. The cost of these is not included in the price of the caravan hire.
Some short breaks available.
Gas & electricity are included in the price.
