The caravan is equipped to a high standard. The comfortable lounge/dining area has a TV/video with Freeview channels and a CD player. A selection of games and videos are provided for children.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with gas oven/hob/grill, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, iron & ironing board and a vacuum cleaner.

It has a shower room with wash basin and the advantage of a separate WC & wash basin.

Outside there is a patio table & chairs and parking is next to the caravan.

Gas and electricity are included and all bedding is also provided.

The caravan also has the advantage of being equipped with heating.

Personally looked after by the owner to a high standard.
