	This luxury BK Bluebird Contessa 35ft long x 12ft extra wide holiday home is located on a large corner site of the ever popular Beech Grove, it backs onto a hedgerow and includes a patio area & decking area which is ideal for BBQs. The caravan sleeps six people in 3 bedrooms (one double & two twin) and it has a spacious lounge equipped with TV/DVD, mini CD Hi-fi ,Freeview box and gas fire. The modern fully fitted kitchen comprises of a family sized oven and hob, upright freezer, a refrigerator with small freezer box, microwave oven, iron and ironing board, and an upright vacuum cleaner plus all crockery and utensils. A fire extinguisher smoke alarm and CO detector are fitted in the caravan for your safety. Duvet covers, pillowcases & sheets are also provided in with the price and the beds are made up prior to your arrival. The caravan is personally cleaned and checked by the owners. Parking is on hard standing at the front of the caravan enough for two cars. For small children we can also provide the use of a travel cot, buggy and high chair. Gas & electricity are included in the price.
