This luxury Willerby Westmorland 35ft x 12ft extra wide holiday home has everything you need for a fantastic holiday. It is ideally situated only a short walk to the Theme Park and club facilities. There is also swimming pool, sauna, gym, golf course, fishing lake and children’s play area.

Also nearby is a mini supermarket open seven days a week and several takeaways and restaurants.

This caravan sleeps 6 in one double and two twin rooms all with blown air heating.

Quilts and pillows are provided, guest's need to bring there own bed linen or it can be hired direct from Flamingoland at a small charge. You will also require towels and tea towels.

This caravan is fitted with a walk in shower, basin and towel warmer and a separate WC and basin.

The modern fully fitted kitchen is complete with full size oven with extractor fan, fridge with small ice box, microwave, George Foreman grill, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, electric steamer, sandwich maker and all kitchen equipment that you may need for your stay. Also provided is an iron & ironing board. Opposite the kitchen is a separate dining area.
A spacious modern lounge with gas fire, coffee table, LCD TV with freeview and DVD player and a radio CD player also a compendium of family games is provided.

For your safety a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke alarm & carbon monoxide detector are fitted.
Outside there is a full size decking with wheelchair accessible ramp, garden furniture and patio heater.
