This luxury Willerby Westmorland 35ft x 12ft EXTRA wide caravan, has a 5 x 2 metre veranda with patio furniture, is ideally situated on Beech Grove. Sleeps 6 in a 3 bedrooms (one double & two twin) where one of the single beds can be folded down to make room for a travel cot if necessary.

For additional comfort the bedrooms are fitted with plinth heaters.

The spacious lounge is equipped with a 22” LCD TV with built in freeview and a DVD player, a PS2 with games, board games, some children’s books and a variety of DVD’s. A gas fire is fitted and there is also a large electric fan heater for families with small children who do not wish to use the gas fire.

The modern fully fitted kitchen is complete with a gas oven & hob, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, kettle. All cutlery, crockery, pots & pans a vacuum cleaner is also provided. For your convenience there is also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

For your safety a fire extinguisher & smoke alarm are fitted as standard.

This caravan is also fitted with a walk in shower room and separate toilet.

Unlimited access wristbands must be purchased from Flamingoland on arrival. The cost of these are not included in price of the caravan.

Duvets and pillows are provided. For a 7 day booking bed linen will also be provided.

Weekend bookings you will have to provide your own bed linen or I can provide for a charge of £25.

Please bring your own towels and tea towels.        Gas and electricity are included in the price.
